BIOLMIEL 2025: applications are now open

BIOLMIEL is back, with the 2025 edition to be held in Bari (Italy) from 27^th to 30^th of November, with the International Jury of experts meeting to evaluate the organoleptic characteristics of the monofloral and polyfloral honeys enrolled in the competition. This year also the evaluation of chemical-physical quality parameters, as requested by the by Italian National Register of Experts in the Sensory Analysis of Honey, will be carried out by the CREA-AA laboratory in Bologna.

To apply to the Prize is requested to comply with the Regulation available here and to send the honey samples to the address indicated.

Best honeys, complying with both organoleptic and physical-chemical characteristics as required, will be awarded the Gold or the Silver BIOLMIEL Quality Medal, with the corresponding certificate sent to the producer, and will be granted the publication of the award received on the Honey Guide 2025 on this website.
